Citroen-Business Support Specialist

As a Business Support Specialist you will:

  • Proactive prospect and develop relationships and opportunities within the B2B sector; advising and facilitating solutions whilst building long term relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Proactively develop and build relationships with a portfolio of customers whilst building strong and professional relationships with key business stakeholders (may include dealer visits & prospect meetings).
  • Make every contact opportunity count, ensuring customer satisfaction and keeping up to date with product and finance knowledge.
  • Be responsible for the proactive management of the dealer team in achievement of their objectives ensuring service standards are not compromised.
  • Have individual responsibility and ownership for both key prospect accounts and the Fleet Specialist Dealers within their territory.
  • Work closely with the Fleet Specialist Dealers and Citroen Client to play an active role to ensure that new ideas are cultivated and best practice is established within specific territories.
  • Support local area marketing strategies with the provision of relevant, timely and insight led management information in order to target activity.
  • Look to maximize opportunities for FSDs and ensure customers are visited where appropriate.
  • Proactively update and develop the client database to include actively developing the databases within FSD territories and sectors.

What you would bring to the role is:

  • Highly motivated, customer focused and commercially aware Sales or Account Management professional
  • Ability to demonstrate and prove a successful track record in proactive development of client relationships, in a competitive environment.
